How many times have you gone out to dinner or sat down to a meal and over-ate? Or made food choices that you weren’t intending?

When you sit down to eat and you’re starving, or when you see that menu item that sounds just amazing, it’s hard NOT to overindulge.

The cool thing I want you to know is that there is a trick you can do to stop this and stay in control of your food choices!

When you go out to eat and order the deep-fried basket o’goodies, it should be because you’re intentionally choosing it, not because you’re giving in to cravings and will regret the decision later!

Same goes for eating too much. Feeling miserably stuffed after a meal is never worth it.

This trick will prevent both!

Here’s what you do. Add a drop or two of Peppermint essential oil on your tongue a few minutes before you eat or sit down to order your meal. This not only reduces cravings, it reduces over-eating.

How does that work?!
