Who doesn’t feel like a treat on a Friday night?  Once the kids go to bed and you actually get to relax, try this almond milk shake.  At 9:00 on a Friday night, there are much worse things to treat yourself with!  My kids would’ve loved this too, but last night my husband and I got to enjoy it all to ourselves.

Peanut Butter Banana Milkshake (serves 2)

  • 2 cups almond milk (or less if you like a thicker milkshake)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1-2 tbsp chia seeds (you could omit but they are a great thickener and SO good for you)
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • About 1 cup ice

Blend all ingredients and enjoy!
