I know what you might be thinking… it’s summer and I don’t want to do a full-blown cleanse! But we all want the results, right? Magic button please!!

I hear ya. (We can wait until fall to do a real cleanse.) That’s why I needed to share these two little beauties with you. Using these two essential oils daily will give you results you need to stay on track in the summer.

Staying on track is important. Because seriously, going into the fall feeling like you need to start some big program to undo the consequences of all the BBQ’s and cocktails of summer fun is overwhelming. Don’t let yourself do that! You can stay in balance. Enjoy a little here and there and use these oils to keep you in check.

I have to be honest, I’m typically pretty skeptical of any product that promises results that sound too good to be true. I think it’s probably because I’ve fallen for it so many times in the past only to be disappointed.

Must-Have Cleanse Friend #1: Zendocrine Detoxification Blend
