I’m Angie Jones, a doTERRA essential oils educator and team leader, a certified holistic health coach, a mom to 8 year-old triplets (who are my world!), supportive wife of 12 years. I’ve discovered how to live a better life, one that I’ve carefully and purposefully designed, and my passion is to help other women do the same.

I teach busy women how simple it is to transform their lives with essential oils and healthy lifestyle choices.

Making healthy habits a natural part of your life without feeling exhausted, deprived, or overwhelmed, is a reality within your reach.

In our world today, we have more information at our fingertips than ever before. We have more products to ‘solve’ our problems than ever before. There are a million advice columns and products out there promising better health, weight loss, more energy, less stress, etc, etc. Right? Then why are we sicker and arguably, unhappier than ever before?

The fact is, returning to natural products like essential oils and whole foods is the only way to succeed long-term.

I often hear people say healthy living is complicated and they are too busy. That’s not true. You just need to learn the best choices and shortcuts. I’m here to make it simple for you. If I can do it, so can you!

My Story

I was drawn to health and wellness after college, when I dealt with my own weight gain, low energy, and digestive issues. So I made changes I thought were the right ones. I solved my weight issues, but low energy and digestion? Not so much.

Fast forward a few years and I was met with fertility struggles. I couldn’t understand how I was struggling when I was a young, healthy woman! (I now see things a little differently…)

After having my triplets, I realized there was more to life than staying in a corporate job that didn’t quite feel like me, so I took the leap and went back to school to pursue my passion.

(No, giving up 11 years in a comfortable corporate career after investing time and money in a marketing degree from the University of WI-Madison was not an easy decision, but I’m so glad I listened to my inner guide and went for my dreams!)

Through my journey before and during my studies at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I learned how to tune in to my body and I healed my digestive issues. Energy was also no longer a huge struggle, even while raising three little ones. The dots I connected and the simple lifestyle habits that I have incorporated are what I am SO passionate about teaching other women.

I’ve also learned that no one approach works for everyone, forever. Believe me, if one of my favorite health gurus has recommended it, I’ve tried it. I’ve taken the long route so you don’t have to.

It is possible to feel confident, joyful and grateful, even in a crazy life with kids and a busy job. I don’t have any special skills that you can’t learn too. Seriously. If I can do this, so can you.

So while I’m a big fan of leafy green vegetables, working out, and essential oils, my approach is all about YOU!
