LAVENDER

The gateway oil. 🙂 This is the first essential oil a lot of people try. When you think of Lavender, I want you to remember Calming and Soothing. Lavender supports calming for sleep, emotions, and even skin irritations.

This is such a great oil. Keep this one with you all the time! When you think of Peppermint, I want you to think Energy, Cooling, and Soothing (for digestive upset or body discomfort).
